Any standard computer repair labor performed by a SimplePC store is covered. SimplePC will repair your computer, free of charge (minus any parts that may be involved).

What's not covered? Any service that, on average, consumes more than 3 hours of labor. Services such as data recovery and the build of a new computer are extensive services which would not be covered, although, each SimplePC store will use its discression and may cover these services on some level.
Service is for carry-in only. SimplePC Computer Repair Insurance covers one PC and requires an annual committment.
